Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seek the Look (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Seek the Look is a marketplace that connects event planners and individuals (“Customers”) with balloon decorators and backdrop rental vendors (“Vendors”). Seek the Look facilitates introductions and quote requests but is not a party to any contract between Customers and Vendors.

3. User Accounts & Vendor Registration

• Vendors must provide accurate business information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Seek the Look reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Quote Requests & Lead Quality

• Customers submit quote requests in good faith with accurate event information.
• Seek the Look uses verification signals (email, phone) to assess lead quality but does not guarantee conversion.
• Vendors may flag leads they believe are spam or fraudulent for admin review.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Vendor subscriptions (Free, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Seek the Look does not store card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or spam quote requests.
• Posting misleading, inaccurate, or deceptive vendor profiles.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform to conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
• Scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering any part of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by Seek the Look or its licensors. Vendor-uploaded content remains the property of the Vendor; by uploading, you grant Seek the Look a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” Seek the Look is not liable for the quality of services provided by Vendors, missed events, or any consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to Seek the Look in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

Seek the Look may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
